Elbert S. Rankins, Jr., Chief Operations Officer/Deputy Chief leads the security department of Workable Solutions Investigative & Protective Services, LLC. He overseas all the functions and duties of the officers. He has over 10+ years of experience in this profession and takes the initiative for maintaining clientele operations within the company. He has developed a great deal of loyalty and dedication for this company.

He has served in the U.S. Army as a Biological Surveillance Operations Specialist. He has served in Korea, Fort Polk, Louisiana and (2) combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. He has been awarded the Korean Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Medal to just name a few awards. He was also in charge of maintaining all the chemical equipment throughout the unit and was in charge for training over 300 soldiers in chemical warfare and combat missions.

Elbert S. Rankins, Jr. currently serves as a Police Corporal for the Millbrook Police Department. He is currently one of the departments firearm instructors. His job is to teach fellow law enforcement officers how to use firearms responsibly and train personnel on how to use specific firearms. He has worked at government and law enforcement agencies shooting ranges. He is also a certified Field Training Officer, Less Lethal and Flashbang instructor.
